AI and Chat 101: Presented by Josh Sherwood, Chief Digital Strategist, MediaOne.digital 

Josh Sherwood, Chief Digital Strategist for MediaOne digital joins us to provide a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, chat bots, and practical uses for the tourism industry. Josh will share examples of blog posts, social media and letting customers build itineraries with conversational AI chat bots as well as shining a light on some of the issues of using AI.

The fourth Friday of each month is dedicated to the education and networking of MACVB members. Topics change each month. Join us via Zoom and join in the conversation. This event is free for MACVB members, but registration is required. Registrants will receive a Zoom link prior to the event.
